Mrs. Sidika Baysal specializes in International Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology Law. She is recognized as a Technology Law and M&A expert. Mrs. Hatipoglu leads the Corporate Law team of the B+B Legal. She gained extensive experience representing a variety of Turkish and international clients on buy and sell sides.

She is currently co-chair in European Regional Forum of International Bar Association after her duties in various sub-committees. She is involved in various organizational committees of international legal conferences and is regularly invited as panelist in numerous panels.

Mrs.Baysal further acts as  Board Member of Entrepreneurship Foundation (Girişimcilik Vakfı)

Mrs.Baysal is among the founding members of E-Commerce and Internet Law Association and currently acts as board member.

Mrs.Baysal is a graduate of Ankara University School of Law and attended an international law program at London Guildhall University.
